i've been to planet crete latly and seen a lv10 LF shield and a lv.10 FR sheild.

is there ships capable of mouting these?

a lv10 LF whould be nice

Yup. There are a number of items that cannot be ounted on any ship(or, for that matter, mounts that have no weapons to fit on them, like the class 10 turret). Whcich really sucks because the Adv. Brigandine Freighter shield actually has a greater capacity and recharge rate than the Adv. Brigandine H.F. shield does.
