Installing rebalance mod.

Help me install the rebalance mod. I put it in the FLMM foler in a folder called "Balance Mod" and activate it but it doesn't seem to work when I'm in the game. Like my H.G still goes @ 79... Help.

The FLMM sometimes doesn't work properly, especially if you have too many mods installed...it gets confused by the different version of the files.

I recommend you doing it manually. Copy the files from the data directory into somewhere safe for backup. Then copy whatever in your mod folder into the data folder. Overwrite all of them, since you already have the backup.

I copied the folder and put the file freelancerrebalance05c.flmod in it doesn't do anything... God why is it so hard.

inside the rebalance mod, there is this folder 'Data'

Copy this folder into your freelancers 'Data' folder, and the game will work just fine. Make sure you overwrite and replace all files. BTW, if you didn't get the overwrite msg, then you are not doing it right..

and..when you reach the battleship hood, the race part of the game, buy the Tie defender...
