Does anyone know how I can get good standings with the Lane Hackers? Because they are currently my enemy.

Check out Haen's Rep Post.

Just look for the enemies of any faction you need to become friends with and waste them. Or if you're a pacificist you could look for people they're friendly with, try and land at one of their bases and bribe somebody.

Personally i'd take the wastage option

Also in the spoiler forum there is a thread called rep-list-hack. Tells where to bribe and who it bribes.
