Freelancer questions

Hello, I think this might be an old site? anyway, I'm looking for two things.
1. The gear monkey thing, locations for upgrades to weapons, systems, etc...

2. Heavens gate. I found the hole to get there, but it won't let me through. It is called Tohoku, who do I have to be friendly with to get there?

P.S. anything on a freelancer II ? Add ons?
