Where can you fix your reputation with the GMG?

Kill its enemies or bribe it. You should find out how to do that yourself.

First of all, I tried doing missions, and making their enemies madder at me, and that didn't work.

I can't hack at either of the places that are listed, because they never offer to hack the GMG. I have tried docking, and re-docking, but it doesn't help.
