The Order and non access to jump gates/holes

Hi,
I got 3 Ques in SP mode in FL.

1.Where could i find the Order's Base? (Please in Details)
2.Why don't i have Jump Access to Tohoku and Alaska Systems either using wormholes or jump gates?
and.....
3.I found them 2 planets in the unknown systems where planet Crete is, never saw any Nomads cannons there for sale, Actually nothing there was for sale. (refering to the advise given by one of the highly ranked guys, think it was 2nd liet.).

Thanks for giving me the answer to the 3rd Ques.
Though back to the other 2 esspecially The Order's Base, i have spoken to some people who plays multiplay's via I-net, they say that the Order's base could be found in one of the Omega worlds and they have got it on their own maps. I have searched everywhere but cannot find it although some places have less visibility, If anyone knows please give me details where i could find it. It's the only thing that lacks in the completion of my map. AHHHH..... also the 2nd Ques.--> systems that cannot be entered, I haven't got jump access to them either being Good guy or Bad guy. If it is not possible, then why is it there???

So far as i know nothing is impossible.
