first of all,how about saying what are u playing?Singleplayer or Multyplayer?
if u play SP u can buy the Anubis at late storymissions fora a bargain 1100$.
get yourself a Titan,its the most powerfull...

Ok, I am playing in Single Player mode, and I am level 15. I am at the station where you first start to work for the Order.

Titan may be the most powerful but it handles like a fooking freighter.. get an eagle fast agile and still has decent armour, same weapon slots and a partially forward firing turret

Sabre i dunno, haven't used it to a major extent but when i tried it, it stil seemed to turn quite slowly

If it moves hit it, if it doesn't hit it until it moves, if it still doesn't move it's probably a rock

that's probably because it's a very heavy fighter

Anubis is also a very heavy fighter and it behaves excellent.
but it has less than half Titan's armor...and max lvl 6 weapons...but its ok for low levels...

So what VHF would you recommend?

I had the Anubis untill I hit level 28 and since I was in Rhinland space I was itching to get the Valkrie. After doing that, personally I found I really missed the Anubis. Even though the max weapon class is lower it has more firepower when compared to the Valkrie, since the turret points forward and it has 1 more gun hard point then the Valkrie.

I've never tried any of the Civilian ships. I did go back and reload a save game from 2 hours previous so I could get the Anubis back and then used it untill I was able to upgrade to a Legionare, then Titan, then Sabre.

I don't want to be a pain (well...not much of one...) but you haven't actually said where you can get one, true, I can't get it at the moment (only Lv5 cos I havnt fixed the sound bug yet) but I'd still like to know.

(Sorry if I sound pushy, its just a really cool ship!)

Ok, through playing the SP campaign, you can buy it on the Order flagship Osiris. That is the only place you can buy it and after you stop working for the Order, you never see the osiris again, so get it then if you want it. Everything on the Osiris is cheap. The Anubis only cost $1,100 and the weapons and shields are cheap too.

You can also buy the Anubis on Planet Toledo, the Order main base, but you can't get back to it after the singleplayer campaign either :\
