Yes. In another thread there was talk of there being a Level limit before the drop happens. I have found that at Level 38, 1 in 8 Nomad kills gets you 1 weapon.

No, the Nomad laser CANNOT be dropped. Only the Nomad Cannon and Blaster is dropped.

Ok, so it can't be dropped, though I think it's a pity that it's not available for players, thanks for your answers.

The nomad laser and nomad blaster are the same thing basically. I think one shoots quicker but does less damage and the other does the opposite. The only thing that annoys me is they both do abour 700-800 less damage than the nomad laser. The info and the nomad cannon and blaster says it is a modified nomad weapon. A little sidenote: the nomad weapons sell for very little, like only 500 credits. So dont stay around collecting 18 nomad weapons thinking your gonna get rich quick, cuz your not

Your little sidenote is incorrect... the Nomad weapons sell @ 36k like all other class10 weapons, when in good shape.
