Paralyzer Missle Launcher...where to get?

ive been looking everywhere......... where can u find em?

i heard they were in some wrecks but they didnt come out, for example the ships with BLUE BLAZE, GUARDIAN and THOR'S HAMMER are suppused to hav em (see wrecklist on lancersreactor site) but only the guns came out

You don't. It's in the data, but oddly enough the developers never set it to be sold anywhere.
