Turret Hardpoint

if i put a weapon on my turret hardpoint of a FIGHTER, can it track and fire with all my other laser guns or do i need to go to turret view and fire it?

That depends on the fighter. Some fighter turrets can fire in the forward arc, some can't. If it can fire in the forward arc then you won't need to use turretview to fire it. If it can't fire in the forward arc then you'll need to use turret view or behind view to fire it.
