Where i can get level 10 shield?

I have level 9 shield - barrier(and it good - i think), but i want level 10. So where can i get it from?

The level 10 shild that is in the game to sell, is the advance bregandine shild, just use the search funktion in the tool ... hehe I like this prog really, I can answer those ****, even without giving a spoiler away
