How to Get the Weapon SunSlayer Torpedo Launcher and the Top Class Turret(Class 10)?

How to Accept the jobs in the strange area near the Omicron Theta(get there by docking the Unknow jump )?
After all, they are monkeys and robots.
And they sells NOTHING, How about their reward?
Wondering ...

The sunslayer torp can be purchased at ********* station in the ******* sytem for about ****** credits. You will have to get friendly with the faction that runs the base first before you could actually buy one. By the way, you don't have any use for that torp..
