Just pick a faction you want to get friendly with, and slaughter their enemies.

E.G. You want to get freindly with the police, so you go on a killing spree against the outcasts or corsairs. Voila! They'll be neutral soon enough.

I'm at level 38 flying a Sabre. The whole of Bretonia hates me coz I'm cozy with the Outcasts, Corsairs and the Red Hessians. It's kinda funny to watch a docking ring or a jump gate try to flame your ass.

the outcasts are my best friends, and im green to the red hessians and the corsairs.

yet only 3 factions hate me, the xenos, the mollies and the bundschuh.

I really need to work on my rep...I was green w/the Corsairs, Outcasts, Bundschuh, Zoners, Hackers, maybe a couple more, but about 20 factions were KOS. Then I started trying to fix it and now I've gotten to where I'm friendly w/BH, Zoners, and I think one or two corp's, and about 12 factions are KOS...damn this rep stuff makes for a lot of work Oh, well. Gives me something to do...
