Is It Possible To Land On Gaia?

Finished the missions and am now just exploring all the 'hidden' systems. I came across Planet Gaia. In its information panel I am told the planet is restricted but that Cambridge researchers can go there. Is it possible to land there?

well if it has a docking ring then you can (unless it's hostile)

if not then no, but feel free to run smack into it :-)
