so as it says , how do we get to omicron minor which is close to the unknown close to omicron alpha because there is a planet in omicron minor

After the single player story line ends, you can't get to Omi-Minor. Nor can you get to Omicron Major, Alaska or Tohoku.

At least as far as I know, that's the case...
