FP9 is in the omicron theta system.
i suggest u get at least neutral with the corsairs if u dun have a decent ship as u be seeing a lot of them the moment u jump in.

I tried bringing a guy there once.
he got jumped by 8 centurions & last a full 10 secs after he jumped in.

if your good you can make it in a starflier ... though you have to avoid LOTS of fire to get there if your not friendly with outcast or corsairs.

I went in a barricuda with 5,000 in pocket

I killed ALOT of Corsairs in titans with lvl 4-5 weapons (HARD)

I left with an Eagle Super Heavy Fighter, lvl 10 sheild, and lvl 8-9 weapons.
