Omicron Theta missin planet and missing jumpholes *forbidden

I saw in the information screen of Omicron Theta system that there is a planet settled: Pygar (limited acces) but i can´t find it, used the FLdatastorm utility and there is no info about it.
Also found a jumphole to Omicron Alpha (just above Vespus), the JH´s destination appears in OA but not in O. Theta, the same happened with a JH in Sigma 19 leading to Honshu, in one end appears the destination but not in the other.
Is this a bug or something else?

Actually, the jump holes do show up in the nav map, it's just that they have no name tag attached to them so the jump hole graphic is almost impossible to see. The one in Theta is directly above Planet Vespus on the nav map.

As for Planet Pygar, it's pretty small, but visible. Sector C4. You can't dock with it.
