German Release !

The german Magazine "Gamestar" wrote in an internet articel :

" Wie Microsoft soeben mitteilte verschiebt, sich die deutsche Version von Freelancer endgültig auf den 28. Mai 2003. Als Grund wird die aufwändige Lokalisierung angegeben."

that means

==> german release is :May, 28th


Why not releasing the English version in Germany ???

What's the problem? if you wanna buy the English version in Germany, you can buy it without problems. I did.

i have it, too.
but i think that´s a damned mistake from MS.
what do you think the german ppl are doing ?
they copy the game...

I'm German and i bought it. People who copied it are playing the English version, so they might as well have bought the English version. This has nothing to do with a delayed release and they wouldn't even have bought the German version if it would have been released at the same time as the English one.

the difference is, that you find faster a source for download than for a import game :p

What's wrong with all the other people? They still bring a War into non-political discussions that ended 31 years before i was born...

If you guys hate Germans then express it somewhere else, perhaps at your local national socialists party. Because people like you have much more in common with Nazis than the vast majority of todays Germans, including me. I don't know why some people still have all these prejudices against us. Today Germany is most likely one of the least imperalistic and least nazi countries that exist.
