Hey, I found the vogtland base were you get the Sabre but i am hostile with the hessians and it wont let me dock. Can anyone help me on becoming netural with them?

Pay some one at freeport 9 to hack your account.. its the quickest way to do it..

Reading the manual would have helped. All you need to do is press F8 and find out what the Hessians' enemies are, or bribe them.

Tasiin is correct kill their enemies or bribe someone at a bar who can hack your rep.... this same approach will help you get friendly with most factions...

Kill Xenos, seems to work well with getting neutral Hessians, its going to take you some time though. Search some of the posts, some one has already listed the Xenoes base, Find it sit there for a few hours and blast away at them.

Xenos' base is Duray, south west asteroid field in Colorado system.
