Next level: Mission

I just beat the game at level 20 after 16 hours - I obviously didn't explore too much but I don't mind since the story was so awesome.

My friend was telling me that his roommate hasn't beat the game but is level 26. But I told him that it wasn't possible unless he was playing multiplayer because in SP, every other levelup you get is from performing a mission in the storyline (and when you levelup via worth, that's when you're told to go off on your own and pick up some jobs while they go do their thing). So that would mean that your max level in SP is 20 and that's it - since right now I'm at level 20 and my next levelup requirement is still (rather oddly) : Mission.

The only exception would be if you could jump levels because your worth is so high - so every time you complete the "Mission" you levelup from 1 to 4 or something like that.

So what actually goes on?

What it's supposed to do is change to a new leveling system after you beat SP. It should have a credit amount as the next level requirement, but instead of getting your net worth to that amount, it's just how much you need to make until you level up. I know yours does not say that, though, and I wish I could help you. I am stuck at level 36 with the same problem. It just says mission. But I don't have a mission to do. And every single bar I go into (and I bet I've been in 50!) tells me that I can't do missions there for one reason or another. I posted that problem in a thread called "stuck on lvl 36" or something like that, and no one's been able to help me either. I hope someone can tell us what's goin on!
