Any advice?

A lot of poeple have written about how nice a ship the Anubis is. I have been flying light fighters since the beginning. I am not used to flying a ship that isn't that maneuverable. Any tactical advice?

"boom and zoom" might be slightly more useful. After passing a target, use afterburner to increase distance, then turn around, then blast it with all your guns.

To be honest, I don't change my tactics too much regardless of what ship i'm in, with the exception of the Humpback

Brake - X - Wil make you turn quicker
Turbo - Tab - Will make you hard to hit for a second or so
So if you are getting harrassed in combat - Turbo - Brake - Turn - Turbo - Brake - Turn - Turbo - Brake - Turn until you have confused the hell out of them.

At the start of combat, when a group of approaching ships gets to weapons range I normally Brake and shoot at the closest. If your weapons load is half decent you should kill at least one of them before they pass you. If they are a lot harder than you (and start trashing your shields), do the reverse. Turbo up to them, then Brake and Turn and get them up the bum.
