Maybe I missed it, but what year is FL set in? Also, does it have a unique measurement of time (like STARDATE or somethin?) or does it use standard DD-MM-YYYY format based on Earth Time??

First of all, welcome to TLR chuey Hope you´ll enjoy your stay with us.

About your question: Freelancer is set in the year 800 A.S. (which probably stands for ´After Sol´ or ´After Settlement´ or something like that.) Now if I´m correct, Starlancer was set somewhere in the year 2160 and the war between the Alliance and the Coalition lasted for about 100 years or so. So if they didn´t use the A.S. indication, it would probably be somewhere around the year 3060

I´m not sure about the time though...
