How to open jumpholes in SP

Hello,

I'm level 30something in SP, unfortunately I ain't online so I can't play MP.
I want to open all jumpholes in SP, because I can't go to Alaska and to Tohoku for some reasons. It just says "access denied".
The open gates mod from this page doesn't work for me, don't know why.
How can get this fixed?

I would assume it is possible Alaska and Tokohu are closed after de SP campaign ends..?

That´s correct ! They are only available during the SP campaign, but unfortunately you won´t have access to it after finishing the game. There are enough other systems to explore though

I finished with Mission 3 and was exploring the Texas system when I found a jump hole that would take me out of Liberty space. I tried docking with it, but it said "access denied".
Why can't I jump out of Texas using the jump hole. Does the game really limit me to Liberty space until the apprpriate time in the game, or am I doing something wrong?

In the SP, you can not leave Liberty untill you do a certian number of missions. But once you do that, if you enter Liberty again, you sorta get shot at.

You can fix your rep with Liberty after you reach Bretonia, but it will be set back to hostile again after a few missions, so it's kinda pointless.
