fl windowed?

Is there a way to play freelancer in a window so that if for example my desktop is 1280x1024 and fl at 800x600 i can still see things on my desktop?

would be useful to keep an eye on icq and stuff

add:
-windowed
at the end of the target field in the shortcut or exe properties. I must say though that this makes it rather difficult to play. My mouse would go outside of the windows and cause movement problems.
