I love it when a transport docks with the planet gates but the escorts don't. The escorts try to follow the transport into the planet and crash into it. LOL!

yah sometimes im going to dock with the planet or trenton and you see all these fighters go "aahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh" and they burn up..

I watched one of those long trains get "sucked" through the trade lane gate sideways. That was funny to watch.

I've seen way too many freighters crash into planets to marvel at it anymore. I only wish you could tractor their cargos afterwords.

I was traveling along a trade lane, I forget where, and just stopped for some odd reason, but I turned around, and saw two ships going toward each other (outside the lane), then I got curious. I waited and they NAILED each other, now I thought, they'd move out of each other's way, but no. They continued pushing each other until both blew up.

I was docking onto a battleship, when suddenly as I was about to enter the docking bay, a fighter ship shoots out of the very same bay I'm heading into... smacked me something good...

The thing that I like about the whole "freighter crashing into planet" thing is that sometimes the texture for the freighter will get stuck on the bitmap of the planet (or whatever texture they use for the planet). This gives the illusion of a really BIG crash site. Just an observation that usually gets a chuckle from me. Cheers.

I accepted a mission in the Omicron system. I had to kill some Bounty Hunters the mission waypoint was next to the sun and when I arrived and got ready to fight all enemies blew up in the sun! I didn´t fire one shot and I got a lot of money for doing nothing!

nudging someone while docking is always funny. Flying people formed on you and cooking them on a planet or sun is funny too. I've never witnessed any ship crashing into a planet yet. I feel like I'm missing out lol. I was fighting before and a couple of ships ran into eachother still firing and one blew up once before.

other wierd bugs : my friend got stuck in docking mode one time. It wouldn't let him afterburn or engage cruise engines (which isn't good when you are being hunted down) or even engine kill. Basically he had to keep doing small afterburns until he got to a base and docked

I experienced a pretty weird one where I docked with a trade lane but never went through it. Instead I got to have the little trade lane effects swirling around my ship every where I went. The trade lane motion would always continue in the same direction even when I turned my ship. I had to restart FL to get this one to go away.

Oh, I haven't seen a ship fly into a planet, but I have seen one fly into a mine field before. lol

Is it me or are theire 2 types of jumpgates (not the wormholes) one that forces you to fly in a small ball of enerige and one that speeds you up like a tradelane and then changes color to the wormhole.

if you have a good ship, try to fly in to a planet whit your after burners on, you'l hit the survece before you get toasted.

Ah, no. The funniest thing that you can do is ram a freighter as it's docking and it'll spin while falling toward the planet. You can also fly into the ring and enter the planet in a funny way!
