Missing data on ships

I ran into a bit of an issue with missing information on the ships listed here. The data would be very useful, and wouldn't take much more to add.

Here's my story:

Flew/fought my way out to Omicron Alpha just so I could purchase the Sabre. Well, it took some doing to get there, and I was full of anticipation to start kicking ass across the galaxy. So, when I went to purchase the ship I found out I had to be level 30. I'm only level 14 now, and have been taking on trade runs to get the money for the ship. Now, I'm all the way out here with nothing to buy, except more stuff to trade (not all bad).

My suggestion would be to add the level required to purchase ships, particularly the more advanced ships. It would be nice to know that when I make it to a system I'm going to be able to buy that nice new ship in all the magazines.

It would be good if someone could post a list of ships and required levels. The question is, is this stuff found in the .ini files, or qould someone need to spend a loooooong time flying around collecting this data?

Where's the base where I can buy the Anubis? I've looked through my visited bases list and I can't find it (I'm lvl 18, playing SP)

The Anubis is aquired during the single player campaign while you are on the Order battleship. It only costs $1,100.

Unless you mod an ini, it is not possible to get the Anubis in multiplayer.
