It depends on what type of weapon/ship you like. They are buddies with the Outcasts and Lane Hackers.

The Rouges sell the Light Fighter Dagger (okay in Liberty space)
The Outcasts sell the Heavy Fight Saber (I prefer the Falcon)
The Lane Hackers sell that hunking big freighter (I don't like hauling stuff)

I haven't gotten a 10 level ship yet (highest I've gotten to was a Hammerhead) but the weapons I like the most come from the Gas Mining Guild faction.

Being friends with the badguys is nice for ships. One good Light Fighter is the Legionnaire, available from the Junkers owned Trafalgar Base, so it's worth making friends.

You can also get some sweet deals on illegal commodities from some of these bases. Outcast owned planet Malta sells Cardamine for 300 and, if you can get there without being 'arrested', you can sell it for 1500 on Planet Manhattan.

Ah, im a bad guy, a Corsair to be exact, flying a Sabre, i think it pays off a lot more to be a outlaw, i get paid 250k for a single missions, and im richer now then i was ever as a law abiding trader

THe only downside is you will be banished from all the system that have police and big companies working there, and will be forced to make living on the border and edge worlds, and even there be hunted by Bounty Hunters all the time, but thats not necessarily a bad thing, with a good fighter like a Sabre or Titan. You can dominate anything and everything.

hmmm that in london space? btw iam the "liberty Pirate" i supply the wanted drugs to manhatten. Give the junkers and the rouges there missions the outcasts have some other leader out there.
