Here you can find news, get help and comment about the ?Freelancer Data Storm? program for Freelancer
OK, couldnt see anyone posting this thread b4 so my apologies if its been done already...
Can you use datastorm to scan a multiplayer server's info because i regularly play on a server and i want to use it there but it only scans the single player info when i install / reinstall the DS. Is it possible to define the path of the database so it can analyse the multiplayer servers and if so how?

Strail, go to My Document\My Games\Freelancer\\Accts\SinglePlayer and look for a file called Datastorm.fl and delete that. Its what flds uses to save the map it generates so deleteing it will make flds scan the files again and show the errors.
As far as saving errors I dont know of any method other than copy and paste but for checking mod errors Id recomend FlScan its much faster and doesnt moan about npc only ships (such as capships in the stock game) having no hull entry.

Hi guys, while i find the use of FLDS to be of great help looking at ship stats before i buy most of the modding community has decided to block or change the info it tries to read...I consider this to be a direct attack on this tool..A sort of black list if you will..IMHO this is the effect caused by clan's..It seems that any clan RP based server dose not want a Freelancer around. and they really dont want a freelancer who can compeat on a pvp level with clan members..
I enjoy playing on a RP based server but its getting harder and harder to keep up with changeing mods and diffrent ship spec's while staying alive from corrupt clan's because a freelancer hasent the resources to get the information he/she needs.
OK, im done ranting, but , this should be addressed..Either take the tool away or modders conform to a ISO spec, international standardization organization. Ya, make them all to either read or not.

How about a trade route calculator.
Check out the Trade Route Calculator version 2.0.13.4 by Joghthyrn and see if that helps.
