Wow it has gotten quiet...I hear the crickets going in the background. Anyway we are still alive. We have finished 4 new ships and Harrier has started on a new one that we arent giving details on, trust me it will look good. We have also finished a bunch of new weapons including some that come with the new ships we've made. Systems are being debugged and detail is being added. Will post more when more news is available. Until then, I'm off to play MOHAA
ok, since the Mod is down for 2.7 testing I have been playing with stuff in SP just to see all the cool ships.
Very small question to find out if I am doing this wrong...
What kind of torpedo's can the nemesis equip? I ask because I had 2 sniper torpedo launchers, 3 copperheads, and 1 of each kind of liberty torps waiting to mount. However, only the liberty ones mount. Are there fighter torps and regular torps in the mod? If that is the case, how can you tell?

Hey guys, Darky answered a few questions i had but it led to another one..lol..if i remember correct, the scripted admin version is 47mb in size? so that will make the player version larger? I ask only because some of my friends still use dialup..Just a ballpark size would be great..TIA..Keep up the great work, alot of fans are pulling for you guys..
Sorry we havent responded here Rellik, we've been quite busy. As for size...we can't give you an exact number for we ourselves do not know, but it will be fairly large as we are adding new factions and many new ships, at least 8 new ones, likely more. That brings our ship total to at least 30. New weapons are also coming in numbers along with system depth, new systems now have full encounters, missions, rumors, and you dont have to worry about the pesky tradelanes crashing the game, we have searched the files and found the errors in the code causing the crashes.

Can you make use of thumbnails on your site so your gallery will load faster... just a suggestion...

Time for an update...
Epsilon 2.7 is about to enter beta testing, the mod is almost complete and will include:
additional factions, both good and bad. In addition to the existing factions, new AI enemies and factions have been added to several more systems. Liberty, Kusari, Rheinland, Borderworlds, New Systems..
Nazo (Kusari)
Hussars (Rheinland)
Exiles (Borderworlds)
Elementals (Liberty)
E.D.I. - Epsilon Defence Industies - (they fly the Nemesis - and will likely cross your path soon enough)
Atlanteans (Rheinland)
of course we left all your "old friends" in place.
Ships.
Rangers now have their own ship (Warlord), Hackers have a ship now...Exiles have another ship....Nazo....Hussars....Junkers have a new one....Liberty and Bretonia Police.. Some mobile surprises have been added that do go off with a BANG.....
10 new ships should be added - 8 of them buyable.
Mantis - (Alliance fighter from the intro clip). Heavy Assault Fighter - Junkers
Howler - Light Fighter - Liberty Police
Mercury - Light Fighter - E.D.I.
Tsunami - Medium Fighter - Heavily armed - Kusari Nazo
Firesprite - Light Medium Fighter - Elementals & Bretonian Police
Mirage - Medium Fighter - high performance - Borderworld Exiles
Gorath_Hekkan - Light Fighter - fast, slippery and very nasty - Bundschuh and Atlanteans
Goldfeuer - medium fighter - Hussars
Spike MK1 and MK2 - undisclosed AI and NPC at the moment.
The ships have now got custom almost everything, thrusters ,engines, shields, scanners, weapons. plus a host of new weapons and equipment has been added.
The systems have added depth plus been improved and we have had some help on one system in particular from Buck Danny.
For Mp some special features have been added for server operators including special admin equipment available only to them plus a place you can send players who require "punishment"

Cool , Cool and Cool..But just a small comment from a player..I for one have great respect for an admin weapon being able to kick you to your desktop while whitening your teeth all at the same time but is it nessary? Only thing ive found useful from a quick fireing admin wep is the ability to lag a server to death when used but that just my opinion..umm, the punishment system sounds pretty cool also..but your only inviteing trouble from the server trolls who hop from place to place causeing problems..so it makes me think again is it nessary..Ban's have always worked and always will without haveing certian players who cant behave just sitting in a system useing up bandwidth..But those are only my two cents..Otherwise i cant wait to play it..Ive been on a pay to play game and its getting to me, the people act like adults and are like nice..i KNOW this isnt how its supposed to be..haha..See you guys around and keep up the great work..
