Missing

Ok, I have tried all that I know so it is either MOD or something else unknown to me.
ALL, that is each & EVERY, new gates, holes, bases, systems, planets, etc. come up with NO text.

Started with clean install & FLMM. Then did v 2.1 upgraded to 2.2. Then installed 2.4. Have not seen 2.3. 2.4 did not overwrite 2.2 update. Have done this routine more than once. Results remain the same.

Using Datastorm 3.4 shows blank info for all new items. 3.9 will not run on my system.

So, what did I miss or not?

It is hard to fly with turkeys when you soar with eagles.

Hi, version 2.4 was not meant to overwrite any previous version. Download the full version 2.4 from this site and use mod manager to apply it to a clean install of Freelancer with SDK 1.3 that should clear up your problem, also any saved games from a previous version should be deleted as they will not be compatible anymore. Hope that helps :-)

Warning **

No info on jumps or holes or base -

Win98/Me - has this problem -

for win2000/or XP - does not have this prob
even on 2.4 mod and/ update

So, what you are saying is that it is incompatible w/worthless 98. GREAT!!! I am still using that arcane POG.

If you had read my post you would have seen that I did do install. Did forget to mention adding SDK.

Guess I live with it is all that can be done.
