Change Request in TNG 2.0

My 2nd point was, if there are players who want to race, could you add an option button to race or not race, with a penalty of say $200,000 - $500,000 or even 1,000,000.
Personally, I could quite happily do loads of other jobs to pay for the fine, rather than go through the process of the race.

Anothyer Cloak Idea... that instad of making you undetectable only be detected when within say 1k or a little more so then if you leaved that range then you would be undetectable again, leaving the others to guess where you are... and the usual precautions. no weaponry. no shields
