Editing Factions

There are utilities to modify almost everything in FL, thank LR.
However, I haven't found a decent faction edtior? If someone did this, it would be very appreciated, not only by me, but by all FL/LR modders.

There are tutorials all over the place to edit factions, some damn good ones i might add. All you need to do is read them as they are easy to follow. You can set up a new faction and have it up and running in 15 mins as long as you know which files you have to mess with.
