forget this then and is there any program that i could use to make a MOD???

there is no program you can globally use to make a MOD, you have to learn how each of the files "talk-to-each-other" so to speak, i believe there was work being done on a Freelancer IDE but i think that has stopped (shame really), if you want to change a particulart aspect of freelancer, go to the general editing forums and make a post there, but DO A SEARCH BEFORE HAND, it is highly likely that someone has asked the same question as you
