uh oh.(i have no idea what it means... as i'm sure only Accushot would)

my recommendation:
uninstall and reinstall XP using a full system disk format
install dot net
voila, FLscan works again.
your system files are all buggered up i suppose - really, everyones get buggered eventually. and -everyone- should refresh their XP periodically, to keep errors to a 'min

Your recommendations are not gonna happen.

There is no way i am gonna lose all my files. I want the author of this program, Accushot to do so. And besides, why does it even need .NET Framework anyways?

well that's a fine attitude

the .net framework is a programming language of sorts that enables programmers to build windows applications quickly. unfortunately, .net applications are reliant on the external framework for many functions - which is unfortunately also the reason programmers use it.

i wasn't suggesting deleting your files for chrissakes (i just presumed everyone knows how to copy+paste to make backups..), i was saying that if you've never had a clean install of XP in the time you've had your computer it will probably have trouble running some modding tools due to the inevitable accumulation of OS garbage.

one last stab in the dark; if you have a dual core processor computer you should disable the second processor for applications that don't support it, like flscan.

You will do, one day... unless you do backups, at which point - they're safe.

If you don't backup, be prepared to lose EVERYTHING at some point. Hard drives fail, it's a fact of life

I want the author of this program, Accushot to do so

You mean fix it i assume, not lose all his files
Have you tried contacting him? Not seen hide nor hair of him for a while - doubt he comes here often if at all anymore.

just copy your HDD's data to a sufficently big enough external hard drive OR you can spend a while backing up all your important data to DVD's and such
