Request for a mod

This has probably been asked before but is it possible for someone to release a blank nav map as a mod. This would cirtainly be a help for anyone making a mod where the universe is totally different.
Or could someone release a tutorial on how to create a a blank nav map.

dude.
y would u what a blank system. modding but in fle (fl expoloer) makin a system is not that hard. to make a blank system just get fle and the tutoreal on this site.
