my shiparcheditor is stupid!

okay, i got to ship arch editor from lancers reactor and it wont work. every time i try to load something the editor freezes and my computer says that it is not responding. why is it not responding? also when the ship editor opens the dos window (the black with white letters) when the editor opens it says " error opening C:\program ". how can i get it to work???

hmmmm...never used it...why dont you stick to using a basic .ini editor....like BiniQDU....nice and simple....instead of flaming shiparch editor....to quote you "my shiparcheditor is stupid!"
