Where can I get the infocards proggy?

I know there is a proggy that helps you edit infocards. I only know that it was on one site, and that that site is down. Can somebody please point me to a place where I can download it. If not, can somebody e-mail it to me at [email protected].

I've asked this same question 2 or 3 times and it is getting frustrating when nobody answers. I'm starting to have second thoughts about this community...

NO, people have this program, because I've seen tons of MODs with custom infocards.

Ill help you there, there is no program. its just a Hex Editor or something like that people are using to open up Dll files and adding their own or editing content. I dunno where to get it though

Yes I know but you can´t edit everything with a hex editor (res hack, resource tuner), only with the names of them (I don´t know if you can in res hack, I use resource tuner)

Ya i've managed to make all my info cards in wordpad by making them in the xml format that the game reads and saving them down as unicode .html files then adding them to custom .dll's with reshack.

Oh..well I think I'm screwed then. I have a pretty good understanding of HTML, but that's not very close to XML.

Solatar, try using FLED-ids, there is a link to it on this board, it's fairly easy to use if you understand some HTML, and it's really small too.
