Why has the area designated to tutorials suddenly been filled by people asking how to do stuff?

I thought that was supposed to stay on the EDITING forum, not the TUTORIAL forum. Before posting please make sure your posting in the right place. The reason for having a TUTORIAL forum is so people can come here and FIND TUTORIALS. If people come here and find nothing but questions it dosn't help matters much, see what I mean? Please post your questions where they're supposed to go, if you don't see a tutorial, go to the EDITING forum and ask that one be made. Don't do it here.

And maby some kind sole might just write a little message on some help on the subject because theres not a lot of tutorials are posted yet .

I think it would be nice if the admins make the genuine tutorials sticky.
