1 of two things.

First - seeing as anyone posting a link means that they have gone and found it - don't be so incredibly selfish and lazy yoursefl!! Why the heck should someone spend five minutes looking for it when YOU SHOULD spend that time looking for it? I mean really - this is pathetic on your part - truly pathetic. Why should someone do EXACTLY what you need to do to find it? Blimey - next you'll be asking others to go to work and earn the money then hand it over........and also to pay for your cable/internet/electricity bills - but they don't get any use of it!! Sheesh - get your arse to downloads and do it yourself you pathetically selfish person!!!!

2ndly - go into freelancer.ini file in the exe file and find this:

[Startup
movie_file = movies\mgs_logo_final.wmv
movie_file = movies\DA_Logo_Final.wmv
movie_file = movies\FL_Intro.wmv

And now put a comment infront of each one instead.
[Startup
;movie_file = movies\mgs_logo_final.wmv
;movie_file = movies\DA_Logo_Final.wmv
;movie_file = movies\FL_Intro.wmv

There we go, now you have done it yourself.

go to the main page (here) and on the top right is a search engine box. Type in there "no intro movies" or something, and it should be there!

Alternatively, open up Freelancer.ini in the EXE folder of your Freelancer directory, scroll down a bit, and find the section [StartUp, there replace the following three lines:
movie = MGS_logo.wmv
movie = DA_logofinal.wmv
movie = fl_intro.wmv

with:
;movie = MGS_logo.wmv
;movie = DA_logofinal.wmv
;movie = fl_intro.wmv

them ';' (semi-colons) will 'comment out' them lines, basically getting rid of them!

problem solved...

well - seeing as its called no starting videos - then maybe you need to look harder dude. Also - i did help - i tell you how to do it yourself

Anyway - due to the fact that when you search you might need to open your eyes a bit wider....here is a link. It took 20 seconds to find it, page 2 of downloads - about 4th from top i think it was..............

At fisrt I might of had the problem not knowing about the search cause it is so small but I would just go to downloads and search alphabetically for it I would not post a thread asking everyone else to do what they dont want to do.

When at the subject, if i have made an intro movie, can it be a other format than a".wma" file?

you can always try it if you like........Its called investigation.

I first did this months ago by making it play an existing movie instead (erm, won't say which one due to its "nature", which was in the same format. Then I knew it could play any movie. So - what do you think you would do to see if it could play other types of movie file? Yep - you got it, put the name of a movie of a different type in and play that instead (obviously correct the freelancer.ini file for it).

No offense - but this isn't rocket science, and I didn't use any incredible intuition to figure out how to find out here..........how would you think someone else figured it out if it did or not (no - i haven't tried it admittedly - cause i didn't think about it at all..... )
