Which mod affects rep?

Isn't there a mod that either resets, or makes everyone's reaction friendly in regards to your reputation?

Also, which mods just add additional planets and bases to the original Freelancer setting?

If you don't have it yet, download and install FLMM. It has a mod in it called friendly universe that makes you friends with all . There are a few different mods that add planets. One I play is Hostile Universe. Friendly universe can't be used with it though. Hope this helps.
