didnt know where to post this but... could use some help plz

okay i get this error everytime i trying and activate ANY mod at all i recently diod a system recovery on my comp and b4 that it worked fine.... any way heres the error that flmm gives me (note ive reinstalled both flmm and fl and redownloaded the mods i wanted to use:

Error: problem activating 'Freelancer: Level 2 (v1.41)' on test run
Error: file 'C:\Program Files\Freelancer Mod Manager\EXE\freelancer.ini' doesn't exist
