Time limit on HU8 Treasure hunt?
Is there a time limit on the treasure hunt in HU8? If so, what starts the clock running? Is it ticking from the second you start a new game, or does following up on a certain clue trigger it?
I finally finished the hunt only to find the final "clue" missing. If I go straight to it without following up on the original Manhattan clue it's there, but I've spent so much time trying to get it the "right" way I'd hate to cheat now.
I've tried starting the hunt as far back as 16 hrs into the game, when I was still in the campaign missions, but same result. Maybe the treasure hunt wasn't intended for SP...
Also, no matter when I start the hunt, I always get the "there are a couple of guys ahead of you" message. This is what makes me think maybe I've missed a time limit while playing the early locked-jumpgate SP missions.
I'm not sure what to try next.
