Need help with Lancerguard installer

I need some one to tell me how to put this lancer guard mod so no one can so use all those mods they said they have so if anyone knows hows please can you tell me THANKS FELLAS

throw in a "blank" or "used" .dll, and it should disable most other mods from being able to run when using FLMM
