Access denied with FL Mod manager

When ever I try to install Porshe's Star Wars ship pack, I get an error stating that access is being denied to shiparch.ini file.

WindowsME
AMD 2100
Geforce4 TI4600
512 PC2100 RAM
SB Live sound card

I'm having the same problem with the Slave 1-A-Wing-B-Wing Pack that Porsche did. I'm also having problems with the mods included with the FLMM 1.1. If I try to load the Beam Weapons Mod, the FLMM cannot access weapon_equip.ini. If I load any of the Speed Mods, it cannot access constants.ini. With the Realistic Battleship, it cannot load shiparch.ini. And the NoStory Mod cannot access missions\m01a\m01a.ini. I've checked and none of those files are read-only, hidden, or archived, and I've tried both multiple loadings and restoring to defaults and trying again. I'm still trying various things, but it always gives me error message = 5/

Install the new FLMM v1.2 to fix all your problems

I was just signing on to say that FLMM 1.2 does fix the problems, but you beat me to it. Gotta say that's a good program, once I got the new version. I never realized Liberty had so many capital ships .
