Faction Standing Help

Does anyone know what the file is that controls your faction standing? I want to make a mod where you start friendly with all the factions, or if that isn't possible, then neutrel to all of the factions

initialword.ini contains the reputation links.

you might give it a try, yet i think the player doesnt really belong to a fraction, so it might be difficult...

I check out the initial file, but it just has the links to how the factions react with each other. Like if you take a job from Liberty Navy, your standing goes down with the Liberty Rogues. I want to make a mod where you start as a Corsair or Blood Dragon, including a new start point, ship, and faction standing. Any help is appreciated!
