Cannot connect to any servers
I installed freelancer on my pc today after not playing for a long time (3+ months) and I installed quickfix 1c
I've used my Old Mp acc ID when I first pressed for multiplayer, Its worked last time I came back to the game and it was accepted this time round as well.
This is a different PC than I used to play on but i copied the "my documents" folder from my last pc
Its a core2 duo 2.13
2gb ram
7800GT
2x 250gb hdd
windows vista.
the problem i'm I cannot seem to connect to any freelancer servers i just get the message shown here http://fbdragon.co.uk/external/ss/grr.jpg
I use KIS7 as my firewall/av and freelancer is ALLOWED all communication, I've even tried with KIS disabled but still got the same message when trying to connect to any servers....
I can connect to the global server fine so it must be talking to the internet, I've also tried using FLSDCT but that doesn't work either.
The message comes up so fast that I doubt its actually even attempting to connect to the server.
Any ideas as to how to get it working?
