Problem with Resolution

Hi

I have a problem with the screen resolution of Freelancer. As I installed a Geforce FX 5200, I cannot play FL anymore. I guess it has to do with the screen resolution, as my actual monitor (Highscreen LE 38 P) just supports a max resolution @ 800x600. I played FL before on a S3 Virge where that was no prob. Is there any possibility to change the resolution externally, or do I have to wait until my new monitor will be there?

You need to edit the 'Display' section of your PerfOptions.ini file (should be in My Documents\My Games\Freelancer).
Just change the 'size =' line to 800, 600 and you should be good to go.

Thanks a lot... I even didn't knew that I got a My Games Folder ^^... and believe me, I tried everything in the Program Files/Microsoft Games-Folder^^
But now it works... again, thx a lot,
