Patch 1.1 problems

So I downloaded patch 1.1 and i can't level up in SP anymore. Is there any way to remove the patch or fix it at least?

reinstall the game to get rid of the patch. the patch is for MP game only.

Is there any other way? If not, how do i keep my saved game files?

Reinstalling the gamewill not effect your saves. If you are using mods, you must reactivate the same ones again it be able to use saves.
