Well I should say a hello first as this is my first post here. I've been very happy to find this website and lurk around the forums for a while. Unfortunately my first q is a tech question and I'm pretty sure what the answer is going to be. But I have to ask anyway, at least to satisfy my curiosity.

I'm living in Germany at the moment and the only version I could find was, of course a german one. Hey, it was cheap , but my German is nowhere near good enough to understand the plot and most of the equipment descriptions. While yes I can use faq's and so on to understand, I would rather enjoy it more by listening and playing in english.

So, is there any way at all to change the language for the dialogue and so on without having to buy the game again in english? Are there any mods that can replace the relevant files and folders or is it impossible due to the coding and the way that the software is "hard-wired"? Please excuse me but I'm quite technologically-challenged so I've no idea whether its a stupid question or not.

Any help or info appreciated.
