Connecting

i recently installed fl and when i went to the server list it just would not connect

i set it to let freelancer through my windows firewall and ive fully un-installed and re-installed the game about 5 times now

any ideas?

I'd try deactivating that firewall for a brief minute or two - maybe deactivate, reboot - (ensuring that it is still deactivated when it boots back up) - launch FL and try connecting. Just to rule out for sure the firewalls (permissions do not ensure it actually works sadly... hence disabling it).

If you can connect, slap your firewall back up - or get a free firewall from Keiro or ZoneAlarm etc.
